_I was wondering why the news section is still all on one page, instead of split into sections. Right now, the instant one logs on all of the cards shown on that news page are loaded. This causes me to have to wait for them to load, it isn't that long, but an annoyance none the less.

I think the easiest solution would be to add a "show only recent news" option to the settings section. When active, it would only show you new from last year, or 6 months or so.

For the benefit of people with slow load times, it would probably be best to default to only showing the most recent three or so with a link at the bottom to "show more news" and then expand to the whole list.

Now only last 3 news posts are shown by default. It is possible to see all news via "Show all news" button.

_It hasn't changed for me, even after refreshing the cache. Also, Firefox says your link has an invalid certificate, should I be worried?

Well, the changes hasn't been applied yet. They will be applied in the upcoming update.

Don't worry about the certificate. If you want to see the trac development page, you need to add an exception in the Firefox settings.
