Is the maximum gained 10 or 21? I’m not sure i understand.

I would hope the maximum gain is 10. Otherwise, it would be overpowered for many builds

Max gained is 21 actually be 20 after the cost and no its not overpowered

No its not Miracle is better its 18 resource more than the opponent with virtually no condition
