A normal common card gives about 4 resources durable common should give even more because you dont draw a card and remain with a common one imo the values should be tripled

The Nature keyword on it is too valuable to increase the resource gains.

Tree ramets, Common 0-cost
Nature. Durable.
Gain 2 random Bricks or Recruits

My take on this concept it that it is intended to be "the only Common Nature you need" in order to trigger the keyword effect after Uncommons and the Rares you'll draw as a result. That's why it avoids granting gems, or else it would be too useful to be Common. Being Durable is part of the balance (and would be a boon rather than a drawback if Nature summoned a Rare to another position in the same manner that Illusion does).

DPsycho understands the mechanical intent perfectly:3

As for the fluff, trees which produce ramets wouldn't in turn produce much petrified wood or other gems of any sort. They dry too slow and once they did, they rot within days. Their lumber on the other hand is durable, but only suitable for furniture or tools, not, say, building a whole house out of aspen logs(which you can, but when you have another option, you really shouldn't), hence the low resource gain overall.

Ah, and petrification reminds me.
