Good card effect-wise, but the name is awkward. As in the B-list fantasy novels when the writer can't help but come up with new names for what already has names.

Gate To Hell would work much better.

"Hell Gate" is actually a term that's been used in several fantasy settings, most noteworthy the once-MMO Hellgate London.

This doesn't sound right at all. If not Hellgate, "Gates to Hell" sounds much better than "of" does.
