To be honest, I'd never take this card. An uncommon with 33.(3)% chance to summon a common for 5G and -3 tower from Demonic? No, thanks. It's mediocre even as common, because I still don't see why I should take it instead of Wish, Militia, any common Aria or Golden scepter, even in normal mode.

The way I see it, it's useful if you're expecting to have low tower values, possibly due to self-inflicted damage.

That said, I don't employ any decks like that, and I don't use Scepter of summoning or similar cards anyway, so I can't really judge.

I'd like to have cards to create a deck that needs a low tower to be effective.
It's a style we haven't explored yet.
