I like this one. I think Frontier outpost is the only other card that "converts" wall into tower and I would like to have another card that does that. I think maybe the minimum wall height could be lowered some. And I think it would be more fair for long matches if you change it to "won't raise tower above 1/2 max tower."

Dunno 75 Tower is quite a lot of Tower i intended this card to counter -Tower kill strategy which i heard is running rampaging lately its if you pick +wall stuff and then be like ohh puck -Tower strat so i guess 50 is OK becouse with the wall to tower ratio the card offers it makes sense to convert it from City Walls or even Defense improvement

Direct tower attack decks did have a heyday, but they're a lot harder to pull off after other defensive measures were added. Nowadays, it's rare to see such a strategy except in short-mode games.

I agree that raising the cap to 75 in long mode probably wouldn't be used to counter tower attacks as often as it would be used as an early boon in tower build decks. (At least, I know I'd be abusing it that way. =D ) The cap at 50 seems appropriate to me.
