As this card is now, I would not include it in any deck. There are multiple fairly harsh drawbacks and summoning a Non-Rare Demonic is quite a small bonus, even if there were no cost. This certainly needs a boost.

Indeed, but the -tower malus is ok for summoning a demon, I like it.

Underpowered... How about tower damage non fatal and discard lowest rarity insted?

I would be worried about using it and end up discarding an uncommon, using the 10 tower, and drawing a common. What do you think about making it either draw a non-common or just an uncommon?
