What is it? What are levels 0 - 10? The Game Manual description of filters in the deck building section does not even mention, much less explain, Level Filter.

Cards now have level requirement. For new players not all cards are available, but are rather unlocked as they level up. This prevents new players to be overwhelmed by too many cards at once.

OK, thanks. Maybe the game manual's list of filters should be amended to reflect this addition.
