Instant destruction victory
I've said this before with a previously suggested concept that has the same effect. I'd rather see a near-insurmountable Attack value (say, Attack = 325) than to have it arbitrarily destroy the opponent. In 99% of the cases, it will have the exact same effect, but that remaining 1% can make for a fun bit of desperation on the part of the defender. Especially if they take what was going to be a build victory and instead have to launch a counter-attack as the next most possible win. Especially-especially if they manage to pull it off.
Of course, I'm considering that value for a Long Mode game.
