It shows only cards that lower your tower. I remember, some time before this filter showed enemy tower reduction cards also.

Yeah, good point. It is because we moved card data from MySQL database to XML database. You see advanced filter works like this: it searches a card effect for a substring "Tower: -". Since MySQL database wasn't case sensitive it would also pick cards like "enemy tower: -". XML database seems to be case sensitive, so it dosn't pick such cards.
