I think this card can use a slight buff. Something like 7B/3R cost.

I think summoning a rare card should cost around 15 res, this card has additional wall gain and 10 "cheapest" res as a cost.

One thing that's worth noting, is that Rare beasts are usually the "lighter" rares; easier to play but less game changing than others. For that reason, I think the price could perhaps be lowered.
