should probably be rewritten as:

recruits: +20

Frenzy.
Discard all recruit only cards from opponent's hand.(opponent cant draw rare and uncommon recruits only cards)

+40 recruits


Rephrasing aside, I don't know what to make of this one. Considering its cost of 30 recruits...

One one hand, it's a mass discarder that either costs 10 recruits or GRANTS you 10 recruits if you have a lot of recruits already (or otherwise have the means of reapplying the New flag). Even if you're not up against a deck comprised of recruits-only cards, this could prove useful just for the recruits gain.

On the other hand, this is a Frenzy card (meaning it can be summoned) that will deal 30 damage either for 10 recruits or free while giving you 10 recruits. Oh, and it may also be mass discarding your opponent's hand. Frenzy on this seems like way too much.

We need more Leonidas cards. SPARTAAA!!!

There are better candidates to remove - Lancer and Wolf raiders. And even if Mojko removes one of them from Frenzy cardset, there would be 5 Frenzy uncommons. And that's a lot, I should say.
