Slavery
uncommon 3g:
Dungeon: +2
Recruits: 0

maybe it's too good.

I propose:

Dungeon: +1
if recruits > 20
dungeon: +1
always:
recruits = 0

I agree with Fithz. It's VERY powerful first turn wonder.
Or you can add Recruits prod x0.

I like Fithz Hood's proposal. It's better than any fix I would have come up with, I'm sure.

I also wonder if calling it "Slavery" isn't too insensitive. In the USA, at least, it's still kind of seen as inappropriate to make casual reference to this by name, even 150 years later. Might be alright, though it would be easy enough to substitute a synonym to play it safe.

Not this PC crap again...
DPsycho on 19:20, 3. Jul, 2012
We've had PC crap before?

I've meant in general, but yes, I've had to rename genocide concept card

Upd: While genocide may not br the best term in fantasy setting - slavery is more than perfect

Upd2: We have 5 concept card with similar or same name, 1 is by me

OK, added recruits prod x0 and changed name to Overtime.

Uh, oh, I hope they will get a salary bonus!

I like it, except it will be too powerful against resource/facility crippling decks. If the magic cost was upped, you could make it difficult to play and fix that issue. You can even refund the gems if need be.

Also; personally no objection to a card being called Slavery. Bad things that have happened don't just "un-happen" if we can't talk of them. But I do understand how it might offend some.

I think that the difference comes in how it's used. If it's applied to something where the end result is something positive, it's arguably inappropriate. If it's portrayed as terrible or in need of being undone, then there are no qualms from anyone.

But again, substituting a different term for the same thing won't raise eyebrows. I have yet to hear an objection to the card Forced labor despite referencing the same situation. ;)

And I hate to be a killjoy. I don't mean to come down on anyone if I point out something like this. (Or copyrighted images.)
