Great concept, but numbers are not very appealing

I assume that you're selecting what to discard. If not, the word "random" should be added for clarity.

With choice of target, this does seem like a good card.

yes, you can target the card you want, like militia

i would take this to undead deck. to get rid of purified ashes ..
also it would be ok filler card in holy deck to get rid pallisade etc vs horde
