Nice idea, but it will be abused in Plague decks that are already quite annoying.

It didn't occur to me. Do you have an idea how to balance it or somehow prevent from being misused in those decks?

Maybe adding a condition that if the lowest facility equals 1, it will lower the tower? Would that help?

That's actually a very good idea

how about making it a rare? i think its a bit op for a zero cost card
moonbeam on 18:33, 23. Mar, 2012
If I made the card rare, it would loose all its meaning. It summons a rare card and have no other benefits, furthermore it is adding a negative effect. If it seems imba, I would rather raise its cost than rarity. Gems make the most sense to me, but I do not have enough experience to estimate a cost that would balance the card out. Could some of you guys advise?

The idea is to summon a rare with some crippling effect on the player. Only that way it would maintain its delicious Lovecraftian flavour. ;)

I suggest:
If lowest facility =1 summon a non common from your deck
else summon a rare from your deck
lowest facility: -1

That sounds very good. Lowering the tower may have been too much of a drawback and may have triggered quite frequently when playing against Destruction decks or the like. Thanks for help.
