Pictures do it better then words. (What went wrong: it discarded Seraphim. Not even to replace it. it just did.)

I see no problem there. The card says "Randomly discards one card from hand".

What happened? The randomly discarded card was the Seraphim.

Then 3 other cards were replaced by Fanatics.

Actually, it "discards 1 random card first", and replace 3 non-holy cards.
The first card it randomly discarded could be a holy, but not those replaced

edit: I'm like 2 seconds slower with the response :/
