Fraud, Rare, 0 cost

Enemy facilities=1
For every facility lost enemy gets 11 and player loses 4 matching resources

Ugh. To me, it doesn't matter how many resources you're giving your opponent. A 0-cost card that arbitrarily sets the opponent to 1/1/1 is going to create obnoxiously slow games and suck the fun out of them. The fact that it penalizes the player doesn't matter, either. It will only be played at times when it will cripple the opponent or when the player will be able to take immediate advantage of the opponent having too many resources.

I'd suggest giving it a high cost or a difficult condition so it can't be employed on any turn, but the truth is that I personally don't even want a card that does this to exist in the game.

Not unlike other cards usually are played? :)

I'll increase resource gain, but after some extend it's not so fraudelent anymore

also it's a rare

also I get your disdain for facility- concepts, you can simply put an "X" sign in my future possible concepts of this type :D and i'll understand

and finally - this particular card does not make the game SLOWER, au contraire mon ami it gives your opponent a major boost. And if he fails to use it, then it's fast win for you because you do not need to have a plaguish zero card deck(or brigand) with this card, any usual deck will do.

It gives your opponent a major boost, yes, but the player of this card won't play it if that boost helps the opponent. It's entirely in the player's control, and the opponent doesn't have many options to prevent its use.

I disagree with the suggestion that it's a "fast win" if the opponent doesn't benefit from the boost. Once the initial stock is used up, possibly to build defenses, it becomes a turtle race where the one player discards four out of five turns while the other plays as normal, for however long that takes.

If the card could guarantee a quick win, that would be fine, but setting up several rounds with one player bored out of his skull, and so easily, I can't support that.
