I like it, but I'd raise tower+ part to 2N.

Dunno, I think it's fine like that, afterall is zero cost. Maybe I could add wall:+N

Or that, yes. With standard facilities it's +9 tower and -9 enemy tower. In that case +9 wall would be good.
