Summon Horde of a rarity based on #Horde in hand
(C - 0 to 4, U - 5 to 6, R - 7)

It's Necromancy for Horde, but with higher rarity (UC instead of C), MUCH higher cost (15B instead of 1G) and higher requirements to summon uncommon (4 Horde instead of 3). Should I continue?

Why does this cost bricks? Maybe rename it Stone circle or something that's actually a structure.

It's worth noting as well that the Undead equivalent costs a resource that is necessary to play most cards of the keyword, though it is a near-nominal cost.

Okay. But do you really think that 0R cost worth increased rarity and hand requirements?

I can't say. I know how the Undead one works since I have an Undead deck, and I have a feel for how easy it is to hit those numbers in hand with Undead. I've yet to try out Horde, so I have no basis to compare the two. They're probably hard to compare anyway, though, since Undead encourages having several in hand to flip the counter every third play, but Horde is mostly based on relative positions rather than population.
