"gains" should be replaced with "suffers" since all values are negative.

i think this should have Aqua keyword since now if you play Academy of destruction and get this card unless you have Aqua you will suffer the penaltys yourself should you play the card

That would make the card too easily summoned in Aqua decks.

It's fine as it is. The person who draws this card shouldn't be guaranteed to want to use it, and even with no Aqua in hand it can be played to affect BOTH players, possibly ending the match.
