I can take my favourite Restoration deck, play against Brigand/Destruction deck in basically every build and beat it like 4 of 5 times with guarantee. With a common like that Brigand chances will become very close to zero.
I'd make it uncommon and add some base stock gain - 2 or so.

Agreed, as it is now, it's ridiculously good.

On a separate note, I always felt the Restoration keyword had a magical element and does not really go with the spirit of this card. Hmm, just my opinion.

I removed Restoration keyword.
You can say it's still overpowered but I think none will use it becouse it depends on enemy deck (as for the old "Don't be hasty")
also it seems that 8 stock gain without negative sideeffects is something too good for a common.
but there is a sideeffect: your enemy has 8 brigands in hand that can steal that 8 stock in few turns.
Make it uncommon is totally wrong: none will use an uncommon slot for a sidedeck card

+1-2 stock without Restoration keyword can be good enough to pick this card.
