Ok i will remake it into persistant, as banish now discards those, so it does not matter

A dilemma

replaces card with itself=persistent
summons itself =\= persistent

summons itself better ties with whole prison concept as prison jumping all over the place is not right
but then it will not be discardable :\

are there any card that summons itself instead of being durable?

No. Summon cards are not persistent.
