I feel it's important to ask what happens when the player has selected only one or two token counters. Depending how this is coded, it could have widely different effects from what one might assume.
Reading it as an order of operations, it seems that selecting one counter would increase it by +90, probably not an intended result, and selecting two would result in a +10 / +80 split, also probably not intended.
Should this card only give the effect if three are set? Otherwise, the effects need to be spelled out.
Veteran players will know this, but I'll add it anyway. Since the introduction of Far sight as well as cards that steal tokens, it is tactical to avoid setting token counters that the player isn't likely to see trigger. Some of my decks have fewer than three counters set by design, so this situation is not hypothetical.
