Occasionally, when clicking one of the links at the top, I briefly see an error message, that vanishes almost immediately. I've been able to reproduce it by rapidly clicking back and forth between sections; and managed to get this screenshot while doing so.

For reference, I use Firefox and XP Home.

I believe to have similar errors occasionally.

There's no reason why the paragraph wouldn't be terminated. The only thing I can think of is that when you switch tabs, you abort the current page loading process and the browser is left with a partially downloaded page.

If this is the case, then I believe the bug is in the browser that's trying to render this partial/broken data to you, even as you are waiting for the other page to load.
