And being a Rare Banish, it could very well be worth playing even when the condition isn't met.

And now it also has Far sight. Why do you keep changing your concepts? I liked it as it was.

Also, it seems like you refresh your concepts on a regular basis without actually changing anything. Could you at least document what you're tweaking? And if you're not actually changing anything, but just refreshing so it goes back to the top of the list, stop it. I'm starting to ignore them on the assumption that nothing's changed.

You should also seriously consider not altering the ones that are already marked as Interesting.
