Having Charge(23) at the low cost of 11 gems is really, really potent by itself without even triggering the secondary effect. That's either 23 Attack or better than Stock -7 depending on the situation. It's also an odd number, both literally and figuratively. Why 23?

I should add that I like it having a Charge value. It gives it purpose beyond waiting for an effect that may never trigger while making it targetable for discard by Skirmisher. It just shouldn't be the primary feature as it stands now.

Why 23? And why the heck not? :) I'm just tired of numbers which divide by 5.

My thinking was that it blew Vampire out of the water and replaced its conditional side effects with a conditional bonus. ;)
