This would totally ruin hidden mode, on the other hand it's of little use in normal mode.

We have 2 Swift/Durable RARE cards that cost a ton of resources, and there is a reason for it.
If you have this one in hand with more than 3/3/3 facilities - say, you played Architect, Master bricklayer, Legendary Smith, Mentor etc. - you won a game. With 10 gain and 9 production you need ~500 turns to victory, but it CANNOT be countered. And what if you have 12 facilities? 15?
At least make it Quick.

This card's true usefulness would lie in the fact that it gives every card in your hand the New flag, and you get to play again immediately. There are a lot of cards that have amazing effect if New (not to forget the Common card Breeze) that could easily be used to their full effect just by having this on hand.

This card, as it is now, would throw most of those cards way out of balance. Presently, giving a card a New flag takes an extra turn and usually has you single one out for the opponent to see.
