I like this one. Definitely a finisher. Given the Production x0, the cost seems right. Definitely more powerful in an Undead deck where you can hope to grant yourself the stock to play it three times in a row. I'd expect to see players storing gems and recruits to play another expensive Undead, then drawing this instead and being able to unload.
The thing that makes it interesting to me is that if the opponent manages to bolster his defenses, cripple stock, or discard it after a few plays, the player might not be able to recover the facility losses. Thinking about that, maybe it should reduce more than just one facility at a time to ensure that outcome.
