"Every player with 3 facilitys gets: Tower: -75"

What does this mean exactly? Having 1/1/1 or having 3/3/3? Or does it mean something entirely different?

It should be "facilities" by the way.

It should mean 1/1/1. I think i will reword it to make it more clear

then it must be like:

Every player with a facilities:=1 gets: Tower: -75

or

For every facilitie=1 players gets tower: -25

I like the second option more
