This thread isn't about Shrine only, but also about
Strive for height. It's pretty effective combo number-wise (10-19 wall and 4 gems for 4 bricks and 1 gem), but you need 2 turns to use it. If your opponent plays offensive deck - he'll probably break your combo with any attack card. Otherwise you will play it properly, but if your opponent's deck isn't offensive - you don't really need it.
I'd like to see these two cards merged. Like that:
Common, 3/1/0
If Wall is divisible by 10
Wall: +9
Gems: +4
else
Wall is raised up to the next height that is divisible by 10
