Strategist, Uncommon, 3/3/3
Farsight, Enduring (7)
Shuffles your hand, reveal opponents hand.
Replace selected card with Strategist.
If target self and not New discard matching card
This does too much for the price, and it has an inherent flaw.
The way this would function, you are NOT selecting a card to replace with Strategist. You're selecting a position to replace, and whatever card was assigned to that position randomly is the one that is going to be discarded. (You could select a position to replace Searing fire but have your one Phoenix move to that spot first, discarding that instead, and causing players to claim the card is broken in a new forum topic every two weeks.)
When it comes to targeting itself, it's too inexpensive for that function, especially given that it stays on hand.
Far sight would always trigger since the keyword effect occurs after card effect.
Hiding all your cards while revealing all of the opponent's? Revealing the opponent's hand is the Far sight keyword effect for Rare. and you're putting it on an Uncommon in addition to always awarding the matching card color effect.
This card has a lot of useful elements that would make good cards by themselves. Putting them all into one, making it free after standard production and Uncommon? Oh, and Enduring(7) to make sure it's the only card you ever play? Absolutely ridiculous.
