This card is pretty weak for its cost. Water elemental can do the same (under conditions), has two keywords, additional scaling attack and much more reasonable cost. Either lower the cost or add some effect, like "Attack: 35" after wall removing. In that case it would be on par with Devil.

Well, this card already has many counters - Sea gate (specific Aqua counter), Samurai (specific keyword counter) and Samurai princess (specific rare counter). Plus targeted discarders/replacers (something like 10 cards), plus cluster discarders/replacers (another 7-8 cards), plus non-specific reaction cards - Master of the past and Mountain king. Do you think it needs another 14 counters (uncommon and rare Skirmishers)? Concept-wise Charge keyword is great for this card, but gameplay-wise Charge won't make it much better.
