i think that the palyers that actualy didn't present is because they are not informed yet about the begining of the tournament. For most players i'll give until sunday, but for those players that have an opponent (like myschly) who doesn't apear, today it's the final day and will give free pass to the present player.

Sunday all players that did't present are discualified. And for this players that could start on sunday they will have to still presenting each 3 days to continue in the tournament.
In this way the tournament don't extends to much

Free pass... Lame but at the same time a good thing ;D

I think competitors should be given more time before you disqualify them...
One should expect a tournament will last a while due to the nature of this game(turn based, different time zone, playing habit etc)

But again this isn't official tournament so I guess it's okay regardless of what happened.
