Well, it's nice effect... but 20/20/20 cost and -20 tower? It's too high. 14/14/14 cost without -tower, maybe with drawbacks like -stock for every rare would be much better. Otherwise I'd use my beloved Scepter of evolution over it.

But the card results in 3-4 rares. If using this one in zero card deck it is almost an overkill.

The way it's worded, it sounds like you get random cards of higher rarity. Should there be a "from your deck" in there?

I figure this one will do no good for the gameplay after all.

Well, there is a card which can do pretty much the same - Necromancy amplifier. It's specific for Undead, but it costs 9/9/9 and doesn't have a drawback. And I can't say it's wrong or overpowered by any means.

I recently had a fun game, where my enemy drew "sheath your swords", and my crappy undead deck (it was it's first or second game) would be totally lost. I used amplifier, and made some undiscardable rares, and (i think) won afterwards.

Undead rares sure are strong but need much resources, I'd say undead uncommons are much more useful.

I tend to agree. I usually use Necromancy to draw a Rare, but if my resources are low, I find I can do a lot better pulling an Uncommon instead.
