If I use this card after a Nature/Beast will I get dungeon:+2 and also lowest resource:+20?

Yes. You can also get Dungeon +2 and Magic +2 after Spring wood.

Yes, that's a nice combo.
spring wood+sacred grove+spring wood(+sacred grove if you are lucky) it's a really nice combo
