This card seems to be a very conditional one, since you almost never got exactly the same amount of tower and burning tokens (Except both are 0 but that would be a bit complicated ;) ) should it be really exactly the same amount or is it possible to add a tolerance (like +-10)?

I also assume that "castle" means "tower" but it should be clarified.

This card is begging for an Else or Always effect.

By castle - I mean tower+wall, like in highlighted text on mouse hover.
