This card seems similar to Royal dragoons, except not having Charge keyword, so it can't be discarded with Skirmisher. And this is the only advantage (or disadvantage, because Charge is additional damage or resource reduction). Its multiplier is lower, N is more specific, and this card is pretty weak in Soldier decks, since even on token it will be like 25-35 damage for 20 recruits.
I suggest to lower its cost to 30-32 recruits or make N = alliance cards in hand (token gain could remain the same, it's OK).
