Common, only 7 gems, and likely to give you production x4. This has way too much going for it. It should either be Uncommon or allow you to select one resource to gain double (and again doubled with keyword effect) production.

Chaos dwarf used to have the same x4 production. It's like non-Durable, non-damaging gems-only version of old Chaos dwarf. I think it's fine as it is.

I'm not sure it's overpowered. I'll change it a bit anyway
