it's one of my favourite cards, cause i can use it in the first round, because if walls are same height - i still get that stock. But maybe it's wrong?

When played with equal wall height, both players get the stock as shown in the card text. This is intended, though I certainly wouldn't play it on the first round. I'd keep it on hand to deter my opponent from building or attacking right away, or in a hidden game I'd wait until the conditions favor me and me alone.

For clarity, "player(s)" means "player or both players if tied."
