I was finally able to implement a tutorial for MArcomage. This tutorial will automatically start after a newly registered user logs in for the first time. It will guide him throughout the whole site and explain things on the way.

In my new job, I learned that good tutorial is sometimes more important than the game itself. That's why I would really appreciate as much feedback as possible. If you want to try it out, you don't have to register new users. I added "Restart tutorial" button to settings section that will allow you to went trough the tutorial even if you registered a very long time ago.

Note that restarting tutorial will mess up your notification, but it can be restored back to normal by pressing the reset notification button at any time. Also, when you finish the tutorial it will be restored automatically.

Chrome user here.
I've used the tutorial as Fithz Hood and also with a new account, but I had the same problems.
Every page of the tutarial says "press next and I will bring you to a new page" (or something like that). Well, it's a lie! That nasty tutorial does nothing and after 5 seconds the same tutorial page pops out. You have to press next and click the section you want to see in 5 seconds or you will be stuck in the same page. Anyway I've managed to reach the final lesson. "press next to end the tutorial". You are a big fat liar, tutorial! I pressed next but the little window came back after 5 seconds. Ok, I press "skip tutorial"... and the same little window came back after 5 seconds. Also the little x on the top right of the window doesn't help.

Well, tecnical problems aside, I like the idea of the tutorial. If you don't mind I have some suggestion:
When I read a tutorial I skip texty pages ('cause I'm the avarage lazy guy), I rather read windows with 4/5 lines and with large sized letters. So it could be a good idea to split some of the current windows in two or three smaller windows.
Also I like tutorials that have flashy red arrows pointing something in the screen. E.g.: when you're talking about the shop you can enlight that section of the page with a red circle; or when you talk about the manual there could be a pointing arrow to the "help" button.
Then, the first tutorial page should have "skip tutorial" and "next" buttons (as it is), The followng windows should have also the "back" button to read the previous window again. and the last window should have only "back" and "end tutorial" buttons.
Finally it would be nice to have some mouseover descriptons during the tutorial(well, also out of the tutorial). E.g.: I put the mouse pointer over "RN" button and a small decription pops up: "press here to reset Forum and Concepts notifications"

Ah, last thing: the tutorial is most like a tour of the site, there should be also a tutorial for the gaming part. Maybe a guided game against the cpu.
E.G.: "look, your opponent destroyed your wall. You should use a "wall+" card or you will die next turn. Now select and play "Reinforced gate""
And if you select the wrong card: "Stupid human! I said to play "Reinforced gate""
Well, this could be hard to implement.
Ok, now I shut up and go to sleep, goodnight.

Yes, it seems there are issues with some browser versions. I'll fix it as soon as I get home from work. Thanks for feedback :)

All fixed now. You can try it out one more time Fithz ;-) Just be sure to refresh your browser cache (F5) while in the tutorial.
