Well... I don't see a reason why this card should be taken in deck over Magical clay.
When you have 10/10/10 resources and 3/3/3 facilities and play Magical clay, you'll have 23/8/13 resources at next turn. After this you'll have 20/10/10. Your card has bigger indirect cost and no synergy with Mage, so...

When u have 0/10/20 resources and 3/3/3 facilities and play Magical clay, you'll have 10/8/23 and after my card 20/10/10, when u'r out of bricks and facilities this card allow to build little faster but is not OP.

No, after Magical clay it will be 13/8/23. Your card costs either 3/3/3 for 10 bricks or 3/3/13-3/13/3 for 20 bricks. Magical clay costs 5 gems for 10-15 bricks, so only situation where your card is better is when you don't have enough gems - something like 5-6 or less. Then you can combo it with Alchemy or common Restoration and get +10 gems.

yes little mistake, but I still think it will work good with or without combos when dramaticaly need bricks.

Eventually, it's nice to have 2 cards giving briks under different circumstances
