No. Too easy to summon a crippling Uncommon.

Have it replace a single Wheat farm in game with Plague instead. ;)

I still think this should be a low-chance, possible effect of the proposed Rat rather than its own 100% effect card.

That helps. Could be interesting now as something summoned in Beast decks. Wouldn't take it into a deck myself, though.
