No, I mean that it should get highest values from both hands.
For example, if you have Leprechaun, 2 Great walls (20 bricks) and 5 Goblins, and your opponent has Basilisk (10 recruits) and 7 Goblins, you'll get 30 random resources - 20 from one of Great walls and 10 from Basilisk.
