Overpowered. Much stronger than it's mage lookalike.
And it could do something more than simply tokens.

But remember it's quick: production x0

If this were Durable, I'd agree that it would make things too easy. Since it's not and it requires very careful math to ensure that it doesn't trigger the keyword itself (bonus production x 0 = 0), I think it might be tame enough to work. But then, I don't have an Alliance deck, so I can't properly guess at how this will shift the balance.

Overpowered? Even if it's true, Alliance desperately needs something like that to keep up with the other keywords.

That I agree. Something like this would help. Maybe 20 tokens?
Or 40 and uncommon.

Because those quick cards usually stack up very much.

Recently I had like 15 frogs played against me in a single game.

Maybe we should add a single "play again" card limitation. Then we could be adding Quick and Swift cards without too much worries.

You can't play this card more than once per turn anyways. Alliance has 17 + 3 per card in hand token increasement, so assuming that you have 3 or more Alliance cards in hand, 2 of which are Elven songs, playing both of them at once (30 + 17 + 9 + 30 + 17 + 6 = 109) just waste your token counter because it will be triggered by Quick card with production x0.
Okay, if you have 2 Elven songs and nothing more, you CAN play both of them, if you didn't draw Alliance cards after the first, but what's the point if you can't trigger keyword?
I think this card can be the first step to bring Alliance back to life. I really like it as it is.

To echo what I already said, I also think that the fact that having this card trigger the effect wastes the effect (at a cost, no less) already gives it built-in flood control. Anyone who plays it without doing the math or using the preview function isn't going to gain any advantage at all. Still a cheap way potentially to recycle a Common, but Poison frog does that better.

Well, it sound reasonable.
It could be useful, even if you have just 2-3 alliance cards in your deck.
