Good news - Opera web browser developer team finally fixed the display issue with unnecessary scrollbar appearing in a drop-down-list (select element). Update your Opera to newest version :)

Thanks for the heads up. Opera is my backup browser, and while I always have it open, I can't recall the last time I asked it to update.

Oh! And they added a support for border-radius :) That means we can now have round corners in Opera as well :)

Round borders are now supported by Opera, Chrome and Firefox. (Hit F5 to refresh browser cache).
