There are more uncommon cards which are quite powerfull in first turn, and I don't think that switch 6 commons and 2 uncommons to reversed state must be so huge advantage. But Damalycus is right, the cost should be probably higher. What about 3/3/3?

I changed cost to 4/4/4, maybe it could be 3/3/3 and prod x0?

Lose some stock for every exchanged card. It's a trade after all.

This is I think the best idea... set cost probably back to 1/1/1 and add -1 stock for each exchanged card (usually it will affect about 6 cards, with 1 rare in hand, so -6 stock approximately is balanced I think)

If an unco is more powerful in the first turn, we shall have forcing more luck to obtain it in second turn with 6 draws.

If someone thinks "-1 stock for card is still too small", then maybe we could further with random resources lost instead of stock? Say -4 random resources for exchange.

-1 stock is OK. It's like old Call of the wilds, but less random.

You could also let it give stock for each card "downgraded"? To give it versatility/double-edgedness. Maybe adjust the cost to fit. I like this idea.
