Well, I played this card many times... and almost every time it was instant win on next turn because of Leviathan. Other cards from this hand is something you don't really need (maybe except Ocean queen if enemy is somehow still alive after Leviathan).
I suggest to replace Leviathan with Water dragon. First, you still can combine it with Ocean queen for 90 attack. Second, stock+ from Water dragon is what that hand needs. Third, Atlantis with Water dragon will be a replacer, not an Leviathan summoner.
Thoughts?

Seems reasonable ;-)

I was about to propose the same thing; anticipated. You have my vote.
But what about text's lenght? Writing those kind of cards is difficult due to text's limitations

We could just say in text description: "Aqua summoner, hover mouse for more details" and then when you put the mouse over it a pop-up appears that lists what cards it summons, a system similar to what we have for keyword descriptions.

This could also solve a lot of other problems with text limitations. Some cards have not enough text to describe what they actually do and they might be confusing for new players.

Btw, I agree on Leviathan being replaced with Water Dragon

Ok, I've just checked that the card text works with "Water dragon" instead of "Leviatan".

I'm curious why this costs gems instead of bricks. Atlantis was an underwater city, right? Shouldn't it be built out of bricks?

maybe because water is blue?
sometimes in my concepts I change names and costs just to match the picures I found.
