It can still be used to rise the alliance counter without triggering it.
This will make the card less "brainless" because you might want to not play it or you lose the bonus.

I feel like this card doesn't compare favourably with Koschei. On the other hand, if people are actually willing to pay 6/6/6 for a facility through University, maybe people would use this...

obviously the deathless is better, but it's rare.
I like the x0 production, so I will simply lower the cost.
and yes, university is kinda sensless, merchant ship is better.

Oh, silly me, I thought this was rare. In that case, great card. I think we could use a few more attractive durable uncommons.
