New game mode suggestion: Four seasons mode

In this mode each four (or N not sure yet) consecutive rounds represent one season of the year. In each season there will be some global effects on both players. Effects such as:

- bonus production
- lowered production
- lowered wall building
- lowered charge damage/stock reduction
- ...

Feel free to suggest new ideas for this game mode.

They could, but that would limit their use to this game mode only, which is not a good idea.

Well, this already happens with far sight and some cards (like Oracle) :P

It does sound interesting for veteran players maybe, but I will probably not play it because I'm still trying to get a grip on the tokens. I hope you keep an eye on it for the future if you get more ideas.

Sounds great, it's got my backing, definitely. That game mode would empower discarding cards since they would force you to play a card in the "wrong" season, or there would be more opportunity to play them because cards have to wait around for the right time to be played.

This seems like an interesting idea.

And if I may not be really serious about this, you could add each possibility to pick seasonal cycle by country. If I would pick Finnish Seasons, winter would last 2-3x the time summer lasts and it's cold and dark and cards have no effect and you'll get no production because nobody wants to go outside from home.
