Resource, not Recourse.

I was editing it, now its the way i wanted it (without Resource)

40 gems is an awful lot to be getting all in one turn, for just one resource. Those 40 gems will easily Restore the facility and more. E.g. 12 G, 3M and this, you can play Curse next turn. I like the idea but feel this needs more balancing.

I compared this Card with Sacrifice, because this card reduce your magic by 1 and increase your gems by 25 for 5 recruits. This Card costs 10 gems, add 40 of them and it reduces one facility by 1. In the direct comparison, it would need to add 10 gems less.
